SITTING PET FOOD CAGE-LESS LUXURY SERVICES We follow your pet care routine which includes walking, giving fresh food, bottled water, exercising, giving any medication your pet requires and of course spending quality time with your pet just playing, petting and giving LOTS OF ONE ON ONE ATTENTION AND LOVE. Your pet needs this interaction to be emotionally comfortable in your absence. We do not share responsibillities with other parties.
At our Sanctuary, please make sure your pets have their own bedding, food and toys so they will feel comfortable as well as any medications. We use our own sterile stainless steel water/food dishes, but they can have their own if they would be more comfortable. Your dog would stay in his/her own A/C bedroom with a Ceiling fan and bottled fresh water at all times. They also get to roam the house with us too.
We have plenty of land so they can really stredtch their legs!
NO CAGES (Unless you are crate training your dog).

We understand and know your pet is your "baby" and is very much your "child" to you. They are to us as well.
We provide one-on-one attention with your pup & we probably take them out too many times, but the more the better. They can run free with our "constant" supervision. They can stretch their legs! We don't just let them go out by themselves. We personally go out with them several times during the day. We make sure they "go". We do not want your pet to be uncomfortable at any time. The last time they go out would be somewhere around 10 PM.
Again, they will have one on one attention with us.
When not eating or sleeping in their room, they can actually spend time with us either inside while we do office work etc. or with us while we do work outside. We are very proud of our grounds and have put a lot of time into the landscaping and environment.
UNLIKE other Services we do not charge extra for play time, fun time, supervised attention or added walks.
So, while you enjoy your vacation, and are relaxing knowing your pet's are in GREAT hands, let 'em have their own vacation and fun!
DISASTER SHELTERS: Two Hurricane Dome Shelters and a Whole House 35000 watt Generator are on the grounds in case of an emergency or natural disaster. They are made of solid concrete 12" walls and have heard through FEMA they can withstand up to 300 MPH winds.
Should a hurricane or Tropical Storm threaten the area (which may be accompanied by tornadoes), and there is ample time to get them there, we will take all pets currently in our care into the shelters for their safety. Our home and grounds are also protected with a whole house generator. Should the electric go out, the generator will kick in. Our home also has hurricane shutters as well as impact resistant doors and glass on our new addition.
A Meet N' Greet must be scheduled with you and your pet(s) prior to your departure.
This FREE initial meeting is by APPOINTMENT ONLY and is required before reservations can be confirmed and to firm up arrangements and complete the Service Agreement.
We do these meets ahead of time so we can all meet and get to know one another.
The interview is not just for you to check us out but for us to meet n greet your pup, check their demeanor and disposition etc. This way, we will know if we all get along and just in case it isn't a match, it gives you the time to locate another service in time for your departure. We get booked up quickly during the summer as well as in season. Our SouthWest Florida Season is considered Novemeber - March)
In that regard, we require 1/2 deposit to reserve and guarantee our services. This is usually done at the meet n greet.
A DEPOSIT is needed so we know exactly how many dogs we will have under our care and you are guaranteed our services.
Also it would be nice to know if they will be needing any tee-off times made or sightseeing tours other than the usual squirrel and bird-watching tours given. Of course they can sign up for these laterl!
A golf pro is available to give golf lessons if so desired. Although there is not a tennis pro available, there are plenty of tennis balls available at all times.
Should your pup make it known to you by barking in his WiFi (Wireless Woofer) of any other special needs while they ae under our care, please feel free to let us know or just have him/her bark a few times and we will take every measure to be accommodating as quickly as possible.

We can arrange transportation of your Dog within a limited area which must be arranged ahead of time.

REQUIREMENTS
- Be current on all FL. vaccines (must show proof)
- Be current on flea and heart-worm medications
- Not be destructive
- Be able to be walked "off leash"
- Must be at least 12 mos. old however if younger we will determine in the doggie "interview".
- Be bathed just prior to our services
- Holidays must be reserved in advance & are based on availability
- Discounts are available for stays over 10 days.
- You can also show proof of a titer test showing your dog has enough antibodies in it's blood and does not need a particular vaccine
- Rabies - required once per year or a 3 year vaccine can be given in Florida.
- DHLPP - required once every year
- (Additional vaccine required For BOARDING):Bordetella - required once every year (Some vets give this twice a year)
